Who we are. What we do.
Law Enforcement is a demanding field. The spectrum of skills and abilities that have to be continuously honed is wide, as it is deep. None however are more critical, than the skills relating to protecting the public, and that of your fellow officers. While Law Enforcement is constantly evolving to new cultures and threats, personal accountability, has not.
Our mission at The Climb Development Group is to make Officers accountable and capable of addressing their own individual training. We want to create a culture of like minded individuals, who are always trying to improve. Doing something everyday to become better than yesterday. Always seeking out new opinions, and perspectives. The Climb Development Group wants to be the nexus of that change.
We are a non-profit collaboration of Canadian and US industry partners, and active Law Enforcement officers providing content for those who serve their communities. Gear reviews, training articles, media and insight. All information is vetted for security, so as to protect the practices and protocols of all involved agencies.
